Wednesday night I attended the SBB Gala at the Bluestone as the representative for CFR and our nomination for Best New Local Business. If you’re holding your breath in suspense you can let it out: we didn’t win. But don’t feel sorry for us! It was an honor to be nominated especially since we’ve only been here half the year!

I really enjoyed representing this store at the Gala. I wore my recently purchased blue floral print dress from our very own Bang Up vintage and a necklace from Poor Sparrow. I enjoyed the many comments and compliments on both and was happy to let folks know they can stop by our shop to pick up a little somethin’ somethin’ for themselves.

Thank you for your nomination and your votes. We really appreciate it. I felt so swanky rubbing elbows with the movers and shakers of small business in Columbus.

In other shop news, I’m kinda lonely around here without Lauren. Will you come on down to the shop and keep me company?
